HAUL TRUCKS
Truck Body Liner
High-density rubber liners for haul trucksWe replace the steel liners of the truck body with modular plates of high-density natural rubber vulcanised onto a steel backing, with thicknesses set by wear zone. They are bolted onto the existing body, with no need for a new body or a change of supplier. The rubber absorbs loading energy and protects the structure and the truck.
The challenge
With steel liners, the steel wears out and drags the whole body into a repair cycle.
Repair cycleWelded liner changes and major workshop repairs that keep the truck out of service for weeks.
Hot workWelding, torch cutting and handling heavy parts under the body, with the exposure that comes with it.
Noise & vibrationEvery loading impact is transmitted to the structure, the truck and the operator’s cab.
How it works
01Structural inspectionWe assess and certify that the body is sound before lining it.
02Zoned engineeringThickness by zone, based on the wear profile of your fleet, material and loading equipment.
03Bolted installationIn the workshop or on site, with tagged plates and a torque protocol. The body goes straight back to production.
04Six-monthly monitoringWe measure wear on every plate plus noise and vibration indicators, and share the reports with your team.
We measure noise and vibration in the cab
Using specialised equipment, we measure noise and vibration in the operator’s cab before and after lining, under ISO 6394 (noise) and ISO 2631-1 (vibration). The improvement in the operator’s working conditions is backed by data.

Benefits
I.SafetyLess hot work, fewer hours under the body and less handling of heavy parts. Plus a quieter cab with less vibration for the operator.
II.Operational continuityPlates are replaced one at a time, on site, without removing the body. Rubber lasts 2 to 3 times longer than steel (industry reference).
III.Integrated serviceA full programme, not just a sale: inspection, engineering, installation and periodic wear, noise and vibration measurements that improve every design.
