2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form:

• Name
• Company (optional)
• Email address
• Phone (optional)
• Product of interest and your message

We do not use our own cookies or any tracking or advertising tools. Like any website, our hosting provider logs basic technical visit data (such as IP address and browser) to run the service and protect it from abuse.

3. What we use your data for

We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals or quotes you request, and keep in touch about that enquiry. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, nor use it to send advertising without your consent.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on the consent you give when submitting the form, and on the pre-contractual steps you yourself request.

5. Providers that process data on our behalf

To run this website we use providers that process data on our behalf, under their own security measures. Some are located outside Chile, mainly in the United States:

• Formspree: receives contact form messages and forwards them to us by email.
• Google Workspace: corporate email where we receive and answer your messages.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Google Fonts: serves the website fonts; your browser connects to Google servers to download them.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s (Meta) terms and privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 24 months at most, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

At any time and free of charge, you may:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it
• Object to its use or ask us to restrict it
• Request a copy in a commonly used format (portability)
• Withdraw your consent

8. Security

The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
